​History and Geography: Kibbutzim stream is a stream in spring valley in Beit she’an valley.
The route in Kibbutzim stream is very easy and not long, the climate is quite comfortable.

Archaeological findings indicate that there was a colony there during Roman times, in the first and second centuries.
Additional findings show that there were synagogues in the area that probably belong in the second century.
At the end of the 19th century, there were no Jewish settlements at all in the area but there were a few Arabic villages, which belonged to the otmanic rulers.
The First settlement in the area was in the 1930s and 40s. The villages in the area were a strong economical center for the Jewish community.
The residents in the area suffered a lot because of Arabic terrorists, that tried to hurt the Israelis, but it all ended in 1948, during Independence War, Israeli forces took control of the region and all the Arabs fled.
but, until the signing a peace contract with Jordan, local residents had security problems, they were bombed day after day  in the war of despite and also after the war stopped , the communities were still prepared for impact.​
